Both homeowners and future homeowners question the cost of purchasing or selling their single largest investment. They expect their agent to be honest, experienced in the real estate industry and well educated to provide the help needed in making the best possible decisions on their behalf.
While majoring in business and accounting at San Antonio College, I found real estate classes to be more intriguing and directed my studies in the real estate field at Texas A&M. Wanting a well-rounded knowledge of real estate, I consumed classes in appraising, financing, real estate law, brokerage, and marketing residential and investment properties. Continuing education required by law keeps me up to date on changes in the real estate industry.
Like many kids, my first experience in real estate came with the building of a tree house. Although wood -shop and drafting classes in High School lead to the basis of a real estate career, much of my construction experience was acquired thru ten years of building and remodeling residential properties while employed as a superintendent for a large development firm. With this knowledge and insight of the construction practices, I stepped into the arena of marketing real estate. Now with twenty five plus years in sales and marketing, and over ten years experience in construction, I believe the quality and level of experience and education I share, will lead both buyers and sellers into making the correct and most valued decisions of their single largest investment.
